HT-Harbor Tour

Offered at select times during May, June, September, and October, six times weekly during July and August

Duration - one hour

Enjoy a relaxing Harbor Tour with live narration of the whaling days, shipwrecks, pirates and pilgrims. Our cruise takes us within yards of the scenic Long Point Lighthouse and the very tip of Cape Cod. You'll learn interesting facts about the history and wildlife of this famous harbor. And just a short distance from our dock we can view Provincetown fishing vessels against the backdrop of the Pilgrim Monument.

CC-Critter Cruise

Offered at select times during May, June, September, and October, 2-3 times daily during July and August.

Duration - one hour and 15 minutes

Every afternoon we roll up our sleeves to get some hands-on experience. One of our guests named this trip the "Critter Cruise" when they saw all of the critters we discovered, that name stuck! An expert naturalist will be our guide as we explore the local marine world. You can help pull up a lobster pot or a bottom dredge and see what's inside.

We keep some of the catch in our "Marine Life Touch Tank" while we learn more about them. The touch tank is a miniature marine habitat that allows us to see all of our "critters" in a natural setting.

As the name suggests, the touch tank has a few species that you will be able to touch. Our naturalist will show you how to handle each one safely, and without injury to the animal.

WNC-Women's Nature Cruise

Offered at select times only during Women's Week (October 10-19, 2008), an annual week of special events made possible by the Women Innkeepers of Provincetown.
Duration - one hour and 15 minutes
This more "grown-up" version of the Critter Cruise provides the same kind of hands-on experience as that trip but in a generally more "adult" context with information ranging from the pre-school to the graduate school level. An expert naturalist will be our guide as we explore the local marine world. You can help pull up a lobster pot or a bottom dredge and see what's inside.

SC-Sunset Lighthouse Cruise

Offered on selected evenings and by private charter throughout the season

Sunset Lighthouse - about 90 minutes

Every day, as dusk approaches, the harbor is transformed by the fiery colors of the setting sun. Sea birds return to roost on the breakwater as we take a gentle cruise close past Long Point Lighthouse within view of two more lighthouses and through our quiet anchorage in the harbor. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and soft drinks are included.

You can toast the end of the day, or the beginning of the night life in Provincetown!

FSC-Family Sunset Cruise
Duration - one hour.
A relaxed evening ride on the harbor for the whole family with the magic of Provincetown's unique sunset ambiance. Soft drinks and light snack foods are available at $1 each.
